Super nova got ran over. Is it possible to get a replacement receiver? It’s got the serial number on it, so I wasn’t sure if it is possible.

In theory, yes. In reality, probably no.

 

It's Benelli, so even if it were possible it would probably cost 80% of what a new gun does.  You're better off buying a new one and selling all the other parts.
