I have a bad shoulder now and the idea of hooking up a 12 gauge to it is not appealing.

 

I got the M4 as a bear gun, my other option is a .45/70 in the long guns category.

 

Anybody here shot them both with Grizzly rounds?   How would you rank the recoil?
