I have never shipped or received a firearm via ant service, but I have just bumped into a great opportunity and need to send my M3 to a after market manufacture, do I need to have someone with a FFL ship it and receive it for me. tucker301 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 UPS, USPS, and Fed-X all have information on theire websites about this. In most cases, no special paperwork is required in order to ship out a gun for repairs/alterations and then receive it back. Quote
