There is an ongoing argument between me and my hunting buddies. They all own the Winchester SX2 and I own the Super Black Eagle. Which is the faster cycling and what are the times.

Every time you shoot your SBE, you set a world record. If it was possible, the SBE would throw out something like 200 rounds in two seconds (faster than an uzi).
