BENELLI M4 STOCKS---ARE THERE ANY POSTINGS NEWER THAN 2004?

HOW DOES A PERSON REMOVE THE SYNTHETIC TACTICAL (PISTOL GRIP) STOCK FROM THE BENELLI M4 TO FACILITATE INSTALLATION OF THE COLLAPSABLE STOCK. I TRIED SCREWING IT OFF HOWEVER IT WILL NOT BUDGE. I DON'T WANT TO FUDGE IT UP SO I CAN SURELY USE SOME ADVICE.

Be sure to take out the trigger assembly first...Push the pin out..Then easily remove the assembly...Thats what locks the stock in place......

Take out the trigger assembly, and the stock threads off the recoil tube/receiver back.
