I have 2 BARS and liked the weight and feel of the benelli rifle when I bought my sbe2. anyone with any real experience would be greatly appreciated. tucker301 Posted February 22, 2005 Share Posted February 22, 2005 I sold my BAR and went with the R1 last Fall. After some tweaks, I'm very pleased with the R1. The new Longtrac and Shortracs are the closest thing to the R1 on the market. If I didn't go for the R1, I'd consider one of those, but not the old style BAR.
