Looking at some of the Fabarm products, they bear some familiarity to Benellis. As I understand it, H&K is tied to Fabarm as well.

To be honest the H368 looks like a fine shotgun for about half the cost of the M2 or SBE.

My question: Is Fabarm related to Benelli? If so, in what way?
