Alberta Newfie Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Hi: My Nova is brand new and I was trying to remove the butt pad as it instructs in the manual. I have no reason to remove it other than couriosity. Is there a trick? I cannot get mine to slide/pull off the was the manual describes. Quote

Cleric Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Compressing it some length-wise helps, then don't be afraid to apply some effort. Mine has gotten a little easier with time. Plus, if you get it removed, you can throw chokes in there in a case... or a spare sandwich... or... Quote
