Back in November when I got my SBEII the whole "stiff safety button" thing was going on and people were complaining and getting theirs fixed free with a short turnaround time. Now that all the seasons are over for a while I'm thinking about getting mine fixed (it's really not that bad...), but was just curious if they were still doing it for free and doing it fast.
