R. Clark Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 My Super 90 seems to accept a fourth shell this duck season, whereas it used to hold only three. I do not know how the 3 shot limit is built into the piece, and I'm suspicious that I inadvertantly dropped it or lost it somehow during cleaning at the end of last season. I'm not legal in the duck marsh unless I can disable the weapon from holding more than three shells. Any ideas on how to go about this? Quote
tucker301 Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 No offense. Nothing personal. But if you can't figure out the simple mechanics of the limiter plug, or even be sure that you still have one installed, then you should take the gun to a professional. At the very least have a more experienced friend take a look. [ 10-07-2006, 10:36 PM: Message edited by: tucker301 ] Quote
buck_uncle Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 if you have the mag cap off of the mag tube and you point the gun downwards it will fall right out. so maybe you lost it. Also I don't understand how you can hold a fourth shell, because without the plug you should be able to get 5 in there plus float a 6th, hehe Quote
