RacerX Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 I have recently purchased a Nova and had a chance to shoot it during the last dove season. I love it. Great gun! I have added the Recoil Reducer since and the bracket had a black rubber hose in it. My question is: should i cut the hose down and fit it in the space left over from the recoil tube? Or is the tube designed to slide in the bracket? Quote
wallhanger54 Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Nope, youve got nailed. The hose is designed to take up the extra space. Keeps it from floping back and forth....like John Kerry, lol. Just cut it to fit so its kinda snug when you close the door of the bracket. Quote

DukDog Posted May 19, 2005 Posted May 19, 2005 you can buy hose at store. it does not have to be any special benelli hose. Quote
benelli duck killer Posted May 19, 2005 Posted May 19, 2005 ight thnx um..... do u know how big it has to be, or if its wire braided inbetween the layers of the plastic tubing or w/e ? Quote
DukDog Posted May 20, 2005 Posted May 20, 2005 all it has to do is fit inside the hole on bracket. cut it to length. so you can close door on bracket. the purpose of hose is just to take up space in bracket. Quote
