M1 S90 Ghost ring Question

Looking to replace my rifle sight to Ghostring, anyone do this before. Which setup did you use? Bennelli has factory replacement for rear not for front other manufacturers make Tritium sights do they fit the Bennelli? I know the rec. needs to be drilled and tapped no prob but what about front barrel. Thanks

Before you go to the trouble and expense, think about what you want to accomplish. Ghost rings are better than rifle/bead for 100 yard slug shots, but otherwise your rifle sights or a bead are perfectly workable on a weapon designed for closer range work.

 

If you use your shotgun primarily for HD, I would suggest that you save your money.

I use the shotgun for speed shooting. Ideally, I'd like to put a Burris speed dot on it, but many places won't allow me to compete with optics. My father has an M1 with the ghost ring sights and I can aquire targets much quicker with his (especially targets of varying elevation). So, I already know I like the ghost ring sights better, and $100 is reasonable to me. I just need to know how involved it is to install them.
