How long does it usually take benelli to reply to you? I wrote them last week and just wondering when I should get a reply. I also emailed Tom Knapp, how long does he usually take to reply? I can understand it taking a while because of how many both recieve, just wondering how long.

Unfortunately, e-mail does not always receive a response.

If you need something, or need to know something, call them.

 

Tom Knapp will probably respond in time, but he's more than likely traveling and filming now, so it could be weeks.

Does Tom do his own email or does he have a few people email you for him. I couldn't imagine doing all those shows, having a personal life, and emailing tons of people everyday. I can barely keep up with 10 friends that email me. I just asked Benelli if they are planning on making an overbored shotgun anytime soon.

Tom will respond to you directly on his forum. Sometimes it takes awile or another forum member has the correct answer so he doesn't answer, but on more than one occasion he has responded to me and my idiodic questions.

 

He rules and also has a direct e-mail address if you prefer asking directly without the whole world seeing it. Tucker is right though, he is filming A LOT right now for all the shows he does and is working on a DVD too. Can't wait for that.
