Newaza Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 I doubt it, because part of the mag tube is still Italian. To play it safe, get one of SOCOMguy's complete mag tubes (U.S. made). Then it would definitely constitute a U.S. part. This is the first modification I'm making on my M4. Next will be a follower, all depending. I'm waiting on a letter from the BATF delineating the number of parts, and it will dictate for me what I do. I plan to put a buttstock pouch on my M4 and carry the letter on the gun so it's always there to point to for authority. Quote
