Dntama
I just got the Pistol gripped Super Nova Tactical. Overall I like. However, in some ways it is a step backward compared to the original Nova I had. I think the ability to change the stock is a good idea. Hopefully in the future there will be good after market stocks to choose from. As it is Benellis offerings are quite poor. We probably will NEVER be able to get the adjustable telescoping stock. The current stock is still 2 inches too long for me and trying to shorten it still requires some creative gunsmithing. The current Pistol grip design requires the stock to be loosened in order to pull the trigger group and bolt for cleaning or sevicing. This is not a big deal when using the current easy to remove but hard as a rock butt pad. However I plan to shorten my stock and replace the butt pad with a limbsaver. I am trying to think of a way to attach the limbsaver without having to remove it each time I want to clean the bolt. I really do not see an easy solution for this. I think this would make a great defensive shotgun but still has a way to go to compete with what is available for the Rem 870s.
