Idahoshooter Posted October 12, 2004 Posted October 12, 2004 I just got a M1 20ga to hunt doves with. I have really enjoyed shooting it, but it is hard to load. The tube and spring are fine and the shell goes in fine until it gets to the base. Then it takes an unusual amount of pressure to seat the shell in the mag tube. Is there any way of improving this? Idahoshooter Posted October 15, 2004 Author Posted October 15, 2004 Once I finished the second case of ammo it started to loosen up. The butt of the shell smoothly clicks into place now. It just needed to be broken in. Quote
