erhann Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 hello, i recently bought nova tactical pump for hunting wild pig. people here warned me not to use 3 1/2 shell in case i would hurt my shoulder badly. do you think i should install benelli recoil reducer kit to my gun. is it worth it? or shall i just fire 3 1/2 shells ?? thanks in advance Quote
tucker301 Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Try the 3.5's and see how you like them. If they hurt too much, then spend the money on the reducer or switch down to 3" shells. Quote
Bob W Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I have a 3 1/2 " SBE and rem 870, I donot shoot 3.5 lead but neither gun recoil all that bad compared to 3" leads I also think the 870 is more comfortable than my SBE and I have a mercury reducer in the SBE more so to give it better balance Quote
