Leandro Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Hi people, this is my first post! I use shotguns for practical shooting, and after many years with a Remington 1100 I decided to move to a brand new Benelli M1 Super 90. This is not my first Benelli M1, I own another for self defense, the "entry gun" and is my best gun of all! I really love Benelli, lighter, faster, this shotgun has all I want, except one detail that I can't understand in this brand new M1: Using loads of 28 grams I need to "loose" my shoulder to avoid FTF's. If I hold and put my shoulder more firmly after 4 or 5 rounds I have an FTF. Testing it with heavier loads the problem disappears, but with my older M1 with a shorter barrel (the Entry gun) I never had this problem even using lighter loads than this. Anybody have experience with this kind of details? Should I loose my shoulder to reach enough reliability? Thank you for your help. Leandro Quote
Novaking Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 I think the recomended load is 1 1/8 3 gram novaking Quote
