royc
Any suggestions for removing the locking nut to allow access to the recoil spring for cleaning. It appears to be locked and the nut is somewhat beat up from previous attempts to access. Trying to get the gun to cycle low recoil loads consistently. It may have the factory lock-tite or maybe even rusted into place. I've had to use a lot of heat to remove original recoil tube nuts in the past on some Benellis. I don't use lock-tite after that, I just check to make sure all is tight.
