splashtx556ftw Posted September 30, 2008 Share Posted September 30, 2008 i called a guy about a day lease out of the newspaper last weekend. i asked him if he had birds. you bet, he said $60.00 per day per gun.so we meet him at said location at 5:30am pay him he leaves. we sat there for 12 hrs and never even saw any birds. when we called him back he wouldnt answer the phone. i called him a few days later from my wifes phone. he answered and i asked him about lieing to us , he hung up. i had some other friends that leased land from people to find out later that they didnt even own it. they nearly got in some serious trouble.
