decoyslayer
Well I just got my first Benelli an M2 with Max 4 Camo 26" barrel. I wanted to take it down clean all the factory oil out of it and re-oil it with Militec-1. So I got out my manual and followed the stripping directions write where it says "pull the Bolt Handle off with a firm tug." Ya right, I tried to do that for 2 hours last night and again just a little bit ago and that thing has even come close to coming off. Well at least I know it's not coming off when I don't want it to. Anybody know what I could be doing wrong or missing? Thanks for any help as I'm hoping to get this done tonight and go out to shoot it tomorrow. tucker301
My SBEII is the same way. I've never tried it according to the manual until your post. I always remove the barrel, remove the bolt from the receiver, then pull the handle out. Comes out nice and easy when the bolt is out of the receiver. Give it a try. decoyslayer
Thank you all very much I tried the shoe lace and it worked like perfectly. In about an hour I'm going to go out and kill some clays and maybe a few crows to brake it in and I just may pattern it today to.
