  1. Mine looks like this. They don't "pull apart" it is threaded! You could use the choke wrench on the muzzle end, securing the muzzle brake portion in a protected vise. I would think the best approach would be to secure the muzzle end in a protected vise and use a cross bar thru the muzzle brake apertures to turn the part, less likely to mar the parts that way. Use a good penetrating oil first! e.g. Kano Kroil and let is soak for hours, then apply methods.

  2. Maybe ask this question on a SPAS forum or some guys over on shotgunworld might be able to help you out. There are some pretty good guys on that forum that might be able to point you in the right direction.

  3. Thanks I was concerned that it would look like a slug hole at that distance. I was thinking of # 1 or # 4 buck. I ordered a Benelli cylinder choke for my M4. The ranges in my area don’t allow you to get any closer than 15 yards.
