I am talking about on the ejection side of the reciever, inside where the bolt slides back and forth just as DJ described it ..My old SBE did the same thing . But just as DJ said , it did not cause any problems ....Just think it shoud not be wearing like it is ...Maybe 1000 shell thru it ...Thanks DUCK

I have a camo SBE2 , when I shoot it several times the rear of the cheek pad on the stock works up and out of its groove ... any Ideas how to fix it ? I have replaced it several time a day ....I am afraid I will loose it ....Thanks ....DUCK

I have a sbe2 , the cheek pad in the stock works up at the rear when I shoot the gun . It will worh up about a half inch in the rear after a few shots ...Anyone else have a problem with this ?? Anyone know a solution ?? Thanks DUCK

Dealer in Southern Illinois ordered it when I got the gun ....It came thru fast , must have been a fluke ...I have another one ordered for my 2nd. SBE2 , It was ordered about three weeks later . I have not heard anything about it yet ....PS...second one was ordered from a local central Illinois dealer... I expect it soon .......DUCK

I have had my short pad for about a month..It makes a different gun out of the SBE2 in my opinion.. Seems the gun comes up better , swings better and faster, and still very small amount of kick.....I ordered it when I first got the gun ....DUCK

I too. feel the saftey is way to hard to be safe..I have two SBE-2 and both are very hard, both on and off..Also very noisey.......I also know of three SBE-2 guns that the owners cut the springs because they were so bad.... I do NOT want to do this ...I would hope a shorter spring would solve the issue....Remember , we are getting close to seasons ....Aug. 1- squirel , Sept. 1-goose...Thanks for listening and please come up with a solution , DUCK

GUYS , Got to give Benelli a big THUMBS UP !!! Called customer service today about choke wrench and saftey........NO beating around the bush , Straight shooting customer Rep..... New wrench on the way and answer coming probably next week on the saftey......Give them time , they are working on the problems ........ I think if you will give them a chance , things will work out .........I like my Benelli's !!!!!!!!! ........Thanks...DUCK

Tomorrow is Friday !!! One week from this post ....We will see if Benelli will come through ??? I hope so , It will be great to have my safety's working smooth and quiet.......DUCK

I too am not happy with the safety on my sbeII ...I would think that Benelli would have had this worked out before putting them on the market....It also seems to me that a reasonable amount of time has passed since these guns were released and they would have some kind of statement on the problem !!! I have just purchased two of the sbeII shotguns and both are not good ......... Thanks for letting me VENT !!!!!!...........DUCK PS : I might add , they were purchased close to 300 miles apart .....IT IS A PROBLEM
