Expensive shotgun and ya shoot sheap shells in it go figure i am at a loss, call benelli!!!!!!!!!!! Hello!!!!!!!!! I agree the recoil on my SBEII rocks when ya shoot 3 1/2 heavy loads but DUGH they are supposed to!! let me think oh yea, the 2 3/4 shells do not kick quite as bad?? HUMMM!

when ya manual realease the bolt or pull it back you will have instances where it will not rotate fully closed , that is why there is a bolt release which will ensure it closes completly! not to say that their could be a problem but some problems are self inflickted ??

READ OWNERS MANUAL, functions on this gun are awkward until ya get used to them, they are itialin in design so eat some lasagne and enjoy cause my SBEII has been flawless and i do not shoot deer legs with it! 17 to 18 on trap with it and if ya need customer service i would advise ya to call them instead of getting an opinion from most of the Benelli haters on this forum! Ya are supposed to shoot 3 boxes of the heaviest loads you can put in them before shooting any lighter loads! if ya got problems then send it to manufacturer everyone gets a ford on occasion or a chevy!! benelli hater page can be found on google!
