Not cool!

Welcome to the forum and to hunting. I've used a Nova for turkey hunting for 2 years now. It's a teriffic turkey gun. It's my opinion that scopes on a slug gun are over-rated. I've hunted deer for over 20 years with shotguns and muzzleloaders without a scope. Admittedly, most of my shots are within 75 yards. I think open sights are fine within those ranges. You have found the answer, Tucker301. Now if we can get Bennelli to ship us several thousand, we can get to work on volunteer roster and post assignments. Ought to put a serious dent in the problem.

Just load up in dumptrucks and cart back across the border. Let their own country worry about them. Maybe if the next wave had to bury them, they wouldn't be in such a hurry to cross. John

OUR GOVERNMENT HAS TO STOP THE FLOW OF ILLEGALS! All of the posts above show the reasons why. These people are commiting a crime by entering this country illegally. This makes them all criminals! They all need to be treated as such. Instead of giving them medical care, education, housing etc. , we should ship them back! There are ways to enter this country legally. I don't have any problems welcoming people who enter legally and prove useful to our society ( just learn to speak English !). John

Remy you are absoluletly right. The illegals are costing this country way to much. It would be interesting to know how much of each of our tax dollars go to providing services to illegals. Any body have any numbers? It's a LIE to say the illegals do jobs citizens won't do. There have been times I would have gladly taken a job that's been stolen by illegals. John

I've had the same experience w/ my Nova when shooting 3.5" turkey loads. Didn't open enough to eject shell, but about half way. Was shooting over sandbags and didn't have a firm grip. It has been my experience that almost any pump will open somewhat under similar conditions. John

Wouldn't it be great if the politicans would control the borders? Surely we have enough military assets available to patrol our borders. If a group of volunteers w/ lawnchairs and binos can stop movement in a portion of AZ just think what battalions of armed servicemen could do. John
