  1. A SBE II barrel will fit an SBE I however you need to change the forearm on the SBE I due to the magazine collar ring on the SBE II barrel being thicker than older SBE I barrels. Spot
  2. So it's somewhat hard to find parts, where do you buy them from? Spot
  3. If your a trap shooter you love guns that shoot high. it helps you keep your eye on the target without covering it up with the bead. Spot

You need to change out the drop in you stock. Pull the stock and change the shim - one shim is set to shoot dead flat, the others will lift the pattern higher. Spot
  5. I like the more pronounce forend (SBE II), the angle of the forend makes it easier to lift the shotgun from low battery. I wouldn't notice the cut outs unless I'm looking for them. I do plan to keep both of them incase I get a SBE II shotgun, I can use my extra foreend to make a slug barrel forend. Currently I have a slug barrel for my SBE I and it did require a different forend due to extra thick barrel. Spot
  6. I ordered a SBE II forend and put it on my SBE I.. It fit tightly but it fits. They are the same length, and the only major difference is the cut outs up by the barrel area. Spot
  7. I got a SBEII forend and it's just the same length as the SBE I forearm but it the corners are cut at a sharper angle. They are different in shape the SBE II drops down where your hand hits it. Other than that it's not difference that I see. Anyone ever try to put a SBE I forearm on a SBE II? Spot
  8. All - I did some research and finally figured out that I can put a SBEII barrel (with matching camo) on my SBE I provided that I get a SBE II forearm. OK - Now I kept seeing them for $150+ $$$. I just found them on E gun parts (numrich) for $108!!!! Mines on order - man that's cheap. Hope this helps folks out. Spot
  9. When you say trianglar are they a plastic composit like what I saw or are they metal with a metal post, and triangular metal plate on top of the post? My SBE I safety is metal and is a metal plate on a post. New SBE II
  10. Looking at different SBE's (I's I guess) I notice that black ones seem to have a single button, but the camo versions have a triangular plate over the safety. So is this just the way it is or are the button verisons older versions of the SBE? Thanks, Spot
  11. Looking at them the SBE II is greener isn't it ? They don't look like they match too me. Spot
  12. Still pondering the SBE I to SBE II upgrade. I played with a SBE II, and the safety seems awful small and lower profile than the SBE I... I like the SBE I safety button better, any way to fix the SBE II safety? Spot
  13. subject says most of it. I've got a camo SBE I, and want to know if it's worth the $$$ to upgrade to a SBE II. If you did the upgrade was it worth it? Thanks, Spot
