USA made butt stock, a USA made follower, a USA made full length mag tube. Those 3 count the rest don't . So yes you are 922r compliant.

And it should have the correct recoil tube if you plan on putting on a collapsible stock. Remove the stock watch the YouTube video ( benelli m4 ratworx ) and look for the notches on the recoil tube .
