I have what sounds like the same problem on a brand new Nova 20 gauge. They told me to mail it in and they'd look at it. Glad you decided to take a spare gun, cause I wouldn't get my hopes up for the Benelli.

I just bought a new Nova 20 gauge, it won't feed shells, and their telling me I have to mail it to them to get it fixed. Not the kind of warrantee I prefer thank you.

I just bought a Nova 20 gauge that won't feed shells from the magazine. I can only fire it single shot. Customer service told me I'd have to mail it in to get it fixed. Now I see that this could take 3 or 4 months. Needless to say, I really wish I'd bought a Remington.

I just purchased a new in the box Benelli Nova 20 gauge pump. It will not feed shells from the magazine. When racked, the carrier seems to stick either holding the shell in the magazine, or dropping it out of the bottom of the gun. I was told to mail it in and they would look at it. THIS IS A BRAND NEW GUN? What kind of support system is that? I've tried lubing and working all the components, but the carrier still sticks.
