I bet more than 5 Aguila mini-shells fit in the M4's magazine.
Basically when it comes down to it they believe they can do what ever they want.
What will happen is that any rifle or shotgun which is based off of a military weapon will be banned from import. At the same time, they will ban from import any "military accessory", like the C-stocks.
