Ask some of the sellers on gunbroker if they will accept a lower price. I bought mine two years ago and I think I paid around $275-300 for mine from a dealer on gunbroker.

God dang it. I checked the site everyday for the last two months. Then the weekend I am busy and forget to check they go up for sale. bang head against wall.

I switched to a collapsible stock on my M4. Is the factory stock worth anything? Could I sell it? If so what is the going rate? Edit: Thanks for the help. If anyone is interested in it I can let it go for $75 shipped OBO.

All you have to do is create a Form 1 and make your current M4 a short barreled shotgun (SBS). Wait about 6 months and get the form back. Then you are allowed to use the shorter barrel.
