  1. Hi all, There have been some questions about how difficult it is to disassemble the trigger group of the Benelli M4 in order to install a US made hammer, disconnector and trigger. The difficulty level of this job depends on what tools you have on hand. With the wrong equipment, plan on swearing a lot. This disassembly requires that you manipulate a lot of small pins and springs. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a proper set of roll punches, roll pin holders, snap ring pliers, disassembly block and dental picks. Brownells has an awesome selection that will last you a lifetime. First off, ensure that your Benelli M4 is unloaded. Remove all ammunition from the weapon and remove it from your work area. Now, remove the bolt handle, and use it to push out the trigger group's Axle Bushing. Once it is started, you can pull it the rest of the way from the opposite side of the receiver. Press the bolt release and pull the trigger group downward and away from the stock. The entire assembly will pull out.

  5. Howdy, I have a Benelli M4 with CarrierComp titanium extended tube, CarrierComp shell follower, and CarrierComp supplied spring. I am unable to load seven 2 3/4 Federal Tactical OO Buck 9 Pellets 1325 FPS LE127 shells in the tube. I can get the seventh shell 98% of the way in the tube, but no further. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  6. I know this is a real shot in the dark, but just thought I would try. Looking for a newer generation muted m4 charging handle, titanium with the A2 steel tang. Thanks in advance.
  7. Previously called the "TIALN" option. We gave away most of the first TIALN coated samples which fell short of our expectations. Recipients seemed happy though, our main demand was uniformity between samples, which the next batch is expected to achieve. The latest concept in a nutshell is as follows; Selected coating to render black = Titankote C6 (PVD AlTiN) $59 The "Muted" and "Radiant" options will resume production once initial demand for the Titankote C6 (PVD AlTiN) stabilizes. ETA for these latest "Tactical Black" samples is late next week. Subsequent batches will arrive monthly, in rotation from the PVD coater's facility. Pictures will be posted online once available for publication. Inquiries through our online store are seen and responded to infinitely faster than inquiries posted here. Thanks!
