  1. Hey guys, So let my take the SBE3 hunting he tried being a nice guy and cleaning it for me. He ended up getting the trigger assembly stuck. I’m not quite sure how to get it out. Any advice would help! Here a couple pictures.
  2. Great News For those looking for quality 922r complaint trigger parts. I have some 922r compliant Benelli trigger parts being made. Coming Soon! Hammers, trigger, disconnectors and followers. These have been Chemistry tested for metal type and hardness. Also being made is the larger bolt release button.
  3. Hi all, There have been some questions about how difficult it is to disassemble the trigger group of the Benelli M4 in order to install a US made hammer, disconnector and trigger. The difficulty level of this job depends on what tools you have on hand. With the wrong equipment, plan on swearing a lot. This disassembly requires that you manipulate a lot of small pins and springs. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a proper set of roll punches, roll pin holders, snap ring pliers, disassembly block and dental picks. Brownells has an awesome selection that will last you a lifetime. First off, ensure that your Benelli M4 is unloaded. Remove all ammunition from the weapon and remove it from your work area. Now, remove the bolt handle, and use it to push out the trigger group's Axle Bushing. Once it is started, you can pull it the rest of the way from the opposite side of the receiver. Press the bolt release and pull the trigger group downward and away from the stock. The entire assembly will pull out.
  4. I have a Benelli Supersport I’ve been shooting trap over the last 4 years. Love the gun and I’m shooting pretty good with it. However as I get more familiar with it, I’ve swapped out shims to get it fitting me (the pattern board) is perfect and now I’m down to consistent 23’s and 24’s & somewhat frequently shooting perfect rounds. What I’ve learned that is the last thing I want to address is trigger pull. I had the trigger pull measured and it’s about a 5lbs, 6ounce pull. I wanna see if Benelli offers either a release trigger, or a trigger that the pull can be reduced to 3lbs, 5ounces? Since the triggers are sold as a complete unit, I’m not finding any aftermarket, or gun smithing services, that can change the current factory trigger to a release trigger, or reduce the trigger pull pounds to be easier. I just feel that the current trigger is heavy & the pull ends up moving the gun. I wanna smooth it out & Ocasionally i find the pull the trigger ends up like a “yank” especially on hard right or left handlers & I end up shooting off to the sides. If anyone’s knows either factory solutions or gunsmiths that are successful at modifying the trigger for a smoother pull.
