  1. Oops sorry.. The FFT hand guards are the same quality pretty much as the stock from Mesa and color matched of course.
  2. In comparison to the OEM stock it is a better quality especially with the limbsaver pad which just completes it if you ask me. You can just get the standard end which isn't as cushy as the limbsaver pad thats a matter of preference I guess. As "Case" mentioned its feels so much better to shoulder and handle. Yesterday I shot 25 (7 1/2 Bird) 15 (2 3/4 Buck) 15 (2 3/4 Slugs) and 20 (00 3" Magnum) and had little or no shoulder pain and I am only 160lbs. I think the limbsaver pad does do a pretty good job in my opinion.
  3. I love the limbsaver pad and the shorter LOP... My stock loosened once since I didn't screw it too tight, but since I cranked it down some extra and through 75 rounds of 00 buck and slugs has not gone anywhere. We'll see after many more rounds yet.
  4. Got mine from Freedom Fighter Tactical This was a response to FLAWLS1's question about where I ordered my urbino stock setup from. I forgot to reply with his quote.
  5. You can buy with or without cheek riser as said above.. But if you buy the non cheek riser stock first you won't be able to use the riser after the fact because the stock comes with rails for the riser only when you buy the stock with cheek riser option.
  6. Great info that I didn't know.. thanks!
  7. I'm ordering mine Friday without any hesitation
  8. Hahaha.. That was from my Glock 19 Gen 4 that I was shooting before. It has ejection problems like many of them do, so I had to order a new trigger housing with a updated ejector and installed that today..hopefully it stops the brass from hitting me in the head on every round
  9. The LOP is 12 1/2 instead of factory 14 3/8, I think with the collapsible stock the factory fully extended is 14 1/2. The collapsible stock in the mid (2nd position) is pretty much the same LOP as the Mesa Tactical stock. I didn't waste my time looking for one of those (besides the obvious crazy price) since from what I read researching the M4 that no one uses the fully extended position that much and its not that great fully closed either most use the 2nd position 12 1/2 LOP. The only "real" advantage is the smaller size for transport which doesn't help much unless you do all the work for the 14" barrel NFA item.
  10. Thanks for the advice.. Since my first time out I have corrected most of that and getting used to it. Going again this weekend for more practice.
  11. Thanks... The first 2 times I been out with it was my first ever experience with a shotgun of any kind. I can see how people get addicted to shooting
  12. I just got my Benelli M4 near the beginning of August and have already modded it somewhat and plan to add a few final touches. It has the Mesa Tactical OD Green Stock w Limbsaver pad and Cheek Riser (Cheek Riser currently not in use) / FFT OD Green Forend / FFT 3/4" Ti Charging Handle (not shown since I just got it) I have shot ~200 rounds so far of a combination of 7 1/2 shot, #4 Buck, #4 Magnum Buck, and 00 Buck. No issues to speak of. I plan on a carriercomp full mag tube order this week, sling, US follower and Hammer and maybe bigger bolt release.
