  1. Thanks Mark. i ordered everything I think I'll need. $120 in small parts later.....
  2. One of my clones, the Charles Daly 601 DPS was the most difficult to get off, but I think that had more to do with me forgetting to pull the follower before heating everything up...
  3. I took the opportunity today to take my M4's and a couple of clones and remove the stock mag tubes. I did a redneck vise (two by fours and wood clamps) and managed to get 5 guns separated from their stock tubes. I ended up using my bare hands, which cost me a little skin on three fingers after 5 tubes. But it is done, now to wait for all the appropriate hardware to show up so I can put them in final configuration. I am going to take two of the stocks and fore ends and have them hydro dipped with a walnut wood finish. I know it is a little cornball, but I saw a meme with an m4 wood stock and wanted to try the hydrodipping to see what it looks like.
  4. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/60426 Benelli Recoil Spring Tube Plug. This tube plug attaches to the end of the recoil spring tube and retains the follower and action spring inside the tube of your 12/20 gauge shotgun. This plug fits Benelli M1, M2, M3, SBE, SBE II, Sport II, Supernova, Ultra Light & Montefeltro shotgun models. The plug also combines with the stock bolt washer and nut retains the stock to the shotgun. This plug is made to the same high standards in craftsmanship and materials as you would find in any other Benelli firearm part. This is a great replacement for a worn or damaged part, or have this as a spare to keep your Benelli shotgun in top operating condition. This looks like it threads into the recoil tube, then takes a plate and a nut to keep everything together? https://www.midwestgunworks.com/benelli-m2/locking-plate.html Seems like there are some options....
  5. I really love the look of this stock. I think it is going to be a real knock out when I get it on the gun. Chris
  6. Mark, This was the stock I purchased along with the matching foregrip. It states that it is for the M2. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/83106 I will get a picture of the inside of the wood stock. Looking at the diagram at MGW, https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/61116 looks like the part I need, but I am still not certain I understand how it all holds together. I have been playing with my M4 and understand how that stock attaches to the recoil spring tube, but that is a captured "bolt" attached to the stock. I would assume that the wood stock goes together in a similar manner, but the bolt is not "captured" by the stock. Thanks, Chris
  7. I recently purchased an M2 with a synthetic stock. I am upgrading to a wooden stock and just got the stock and forend from MGW. The wood stock does not have any internal hardware. Can someone clue me in as to what I need? I am assuming there is an internal plate that the bolt for the recoil tube goes through to secure the stock. Hoping someone has done this and can point me in the right direction. Thanks, Chris
  8. I ordered another Benelli M1014 and will be pulling off the stock again. If anyone wants it PM me, I dont have the gun yet, but should get it this week/early next. I can give you ebay and gunbroker ids for reference. Chris
  9. To be absolutely clear, I never ordered anything like that, but it made the news rounds a while back.
  10. I ordered two of the collapsing, and one of the standard. They are backordered, so we will see if they make it in. Kinda crazy that you could order a full auto glock switch from China, but these are the things getting stopped at customs. I can't understand why these would be illegal, maybe a tariffs or something.

    Botach order??

I've always had pretty good luck with them, but I know lots of other folks who have had problems. Good Luck.
  12. Yes. New Zealand. I think that is the customs issue.
  13. NZ Website called Delta Mike. Its a backorder Item, pay now, ships when it gets in. Looks like a big operation.
