    M3 question

This is likely the one you need if you want the M1/M3 version: https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/60516 If you want the comfortech, then here is the SuperNova one: https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/61176 Verify your M3 has the telescoping recoil tube before you purchase. Mine did (hence the ability to swap the SuperNova telescoping stock.) I almost bought one of these for my SuperNova, yet could not come to grips with spending almost $200 for a stock when I could by a complete SuperNova with the comfortech for $500. I ended up putting the money towards a M2 with a field stock and love it. The M3 is an unique gun, yet the pump mechanism adds some weight. Something to consider based on how you intend to use it.

    M3 question

I bought a SuperNova with the telescoping stock and swapped it onto the M3. Your may be able to do the same with the SuperNova with the field stock, then sell the SuperNova with the pistol grip. The field stock alone is pricey (~$200) given you can get the whole SuperNova for under $500.
  4. Wow. $560 for just a barrel. I got my entire M1 for only $220 more last month. Might be cheaper to just buy a entire gun, swap barrels, then sell it. That seems relatively common path give the prices on some Benelli parts. I did this to get the collapsing stock on my M4, as well as on my M3 (bought a Supernova with the telescoping stock for that one.) Of course I still haven't sold the extras (it is hard to cull the herd.)
  5. I bought a bunch of these in the late 80's / early 90's. As I recall, it was a value option (low cost, decent quality) for buckshot. Still have some at the cabin, and they ran fine in my M4. I have some in 3 1/2 inch (not for the M4) that have a decent kick.
  6. If anyone has one stashed in a part box, I am looking for the OEM kit; stock number is 80204. Out of stock everywhere I found them, and the restock is looking like 2022. If no kit, I would be interested in the tube only as my gun has the nut and I can get the clamp. The below picture gives a visual. Thanks in advance.
  7. I have been reading the forum for a bit, and just joined. Long time member of AR15.com (same username) and wanted to engage here for the more Benelli focused discussions. Been into guns and shooting my whole life, and my first semi-auto shotgun was a Benelli Super 90 that I bought new in the late 80's. I foolishly sold it (and the extra stock, barrel, etc.) in the mid-90's. I got back into Benelli's this year, and have added two M4's, an M3, and recently an M1 to the collection. Also messing around with an SDS TAC-12 clone as I am pretty mechanically inclined and like to customize. Glad to be part of the forum.
  8. I did the same thing - bought both M1014 and M4 and swapped the recoil tubes. I used a Wagner heat gun. The first one took a while; for the second one I used the concentrator that came with the heat gun (basically a nozzle that necks down the hot air flow) and it took significantly less time.) My only challenge is now I want to keep both. I like the variety (stocks, chokes, charging handles) and both run great. Picture below was before the tube swap.
  9. Mine is 22 August; still waiting to hear. I picked up a couple from DMW and used those. Keeping the CC one alive in case I decide on another M4.
  10. I saw this pretty often when searching for SIG P226/P229 pistols. Gunbroker has a way you can report as suspected fraud, yet it is a bit convoluted. Feedback is your friend on GB.
