cmshoot Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 An Ithaca 37 rifled barrel will not fit any Benelli's that I am familiar with. I've owned and shot Ithacas for years. The Ithaca 37 barrel mounts to the receiver using an interrupted thread system. Put the barrel on with the rear sight at 3 o'clock (view when the weapon is in the shoulder), rotate it 90 degrees so the front sight is up, then back off the magazine tube cap until it locks the barrel into place. An Ithaca (or other company) barrel made to fit a shotgun other than a Benelli will not work on a Benelli. Quote
