I am looking at buying a Benelli Nova 12 GA 24" barrel ( I believe it's a turkey gun). My question is, can I put a picatinny rail on this gun? I would like to mount a scope on it and was wondering how it worked for this gun? I know you can with the M4 and other tactical versions, bc that is all I seem to find on the internet. DevildogBenelli Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 i have a Nova 12 pump and theres nowhere to mount a scope that i know of but at Cabelas today i found a little slip on cover for a scope mount. maybe be able to find it on there web site. and welcome from another new member ha Quote
Novaking Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 If its a turkey nova,( not all 24 inch Novas are turkey guns) than it will be drilled and tapped for a rail. To see for sure, just look and see if there are four screws on the top of the receiver. Quote
