The latest (revised screws and countersinks in the 1913 rail... as of around February of this year) version fits just fine.

I have the 6 shell model on my M2... no problems in around 2500 rds.

Contact Mitch at MT for all the revision info.

I have a 6 shot version on a SuperNova holding an EoTech 512.A65 absolutely no problems after 2000+ shells BUT I did have the receiver drilled and tapped by a gunsmith as it did not come pre-drilled/tapped.

Thanks creeper. i don't plan on putting a sight on it but i've read (here) that mounts can pop off of the rails like on the m4. have you had any problems?

thanks

I'd imagine much of what you read was prior to 2009. I also suspect the many of the failures were due to over-tightening the rail screws and/or not using Loctite.

They admittedly did have some issues with the screws/countersinks they used at the time... which certainly contributed to problems, but since they've switched to Benelli type screws, cool conical washers and matching countersinks, I imagine you'll be seeing far fewer complaints.

A 1/4" drive in.lb. torque wrench is always a good invesment when you like to tinker with guns. :p
