problems with on line warranty registration

when i try to register on line i have problems with getting it to take is i need a valid first anem has anyone else had this happen to them and what should i do i have emailed the company

Warranty does not require registration, merely proof of purchase. That's the law.

Either mail in the card or forget about it, but keep your documentation.
