awesomeame Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Has anyone tried shooting slugs with their m4? How's the accuracy? Matt Quote
TerpX Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 (edited) http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19754&page=8 I haven't been able to really test it at greater distances yet. I hope to get to the NRA range and see how it does at 50 yrd. I would imagine groups at 50 should be only a couple if inches. I'll probably switch to Meprolight night sights as well for low light conditions. Edited November 25, 2009 by TerpX Quote
awesomeame Posted November 27, 2009 Author Posted November 27, 2009 THanks for the link. I would be interested to know what they group like at 100yards though Matt Quote
Guest Evonioucticen Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 i always figured they were one in the same. infertiles being the more scientifically correct term and slugs being what we hobbiests call them... i might be wrong though. Quote

8upwitHDs Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I shoot slugs all the time with mine. 50 yrds are no problem with a properly sighted M4. Quote
Guest bravejone Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Hi guys, Love that M1014. Used it a couple of times in Iraq, was awesome as an entry tool. Since I've been home I've gone back to my old favourite, a Vang Comp 870 Police Magnum, but I miss the old Benellis. Thanks, Quote
Scoped Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 I've had alot of luck with the slugs up to 50 yards but not much further. Quote
