Coyote in the front yard last night

Last night we had one big snow storm and at about 1 AM I heard this yipping by my bedroom window. At first I didn't know what was going on, but got up to look. To my surprise there was a coyote in the front yard behind the hedge....... guess even they need cover when it is snowing, cold, and blowing like mad. I wish we lived out in the country so I could have shot that yote...... they are killing deer like mad around here.
