operator Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Recently purchased a Super 90 tactical that is very rusty, scratched. Mechanical parts are fine the exterior needs to be refinished. Hoping for something like the new M4's slighty green tint. Any suggestions for products/services? Quote
StrangerDanger Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 The greenish tint depends on the aluminum surface of the weapon. If I was going to refinish my M4, I would look for a functional finish. Such as, sending it to Robar and having them coat the internals in NP3 Plus, and the externals in Rogard black. I believe you would end up with a smoother cycling weapon that is less prone to failure due to dirt/debris/lack of cleaning. Cleaning would also be significantly easier. Quote
