New to slug rounds

I am new to hunting with a shot gun and I have a stoeger m2000. I am seeing the slugs that have rifled groves on them and am wondering if those could be used with a smooth slug barrel

Smooth barrels = rifled slugs.

Rifled barrels = sabot slugs.

check out truball slugs from federal! they are supposed to make the best slug for smoothbore barrels! but i loooove brenneke black magics and the old red box winchester super X's! they both are NICE! get ya a rifled choke tube! everyone will tell you that they dont make a difference with rifled slugs.. BS.. i have the patterns to prove it!
