Hello, can someone with the American version take a look at the recoil pad and tell me if it pops in (like the C/T) or does it have screws.

I will take a wild guess and say that the CT pad will not fit the American synthetic stocks. If you take a look at the American on the Benelli website, the recoil pads are completely different.
