fishmax2
Benelli is lying to us. My father and I were both going to buy a supersport but we didnt want a shotgun weighing 7.85lbs or 7.95lbs depending on barrel length when our old super 90 montifeltros weigh 7.2. We sent several letters and of course got no reply and then they redo the website and magically the weights of the supersport were reduced to the weight of a tad over 7 instead of 8. Did they just redesign all of there shotguns or something???
mudhen
Could you perhaps rephrase that mess into something comprehensible? Lying about what? Do you think there is a conspiracy? Have they defrauded you in some way? Have you suffered some sort of loss and/or damages? Maybe 2004 was a typo? Maybe 2005 is a typo? Maybe they changed something for 2005? Maybe they carved out some of the stock & forearm material to lighten the guns? I'd give them the benefit of the doubt before accusing them of lying on their own website.... mudhen - CA
Choclabman
If your going to shoot high volume Clay's with it, you want it to be heavier. That or you'll end up putting some type of AM weight on it or in it.

danceswithgeese
Mudhen - I do apologize for the confusion, but it seems there was a typo in the 2004 website. It has indeed been corrected and apologize for inconvenience it has caused.
