filmguynepa Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 I've read that the MR1 is a little picky when it comes to certain 30 round mags. Does anyone have some recommendations? Quote

TacticalKoala Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 (edited) Magpul P mags are by far the best AR type mag. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=24192/Product/AR_15_M16_PMAG_POLYMER_MAGAZINE http://www.botachtactical.com/magpulpmag.html http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=577337 http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG211/3 Edited November 1, 2010 by TacticalKoala Quote
filmguynepa Posted November 1, 2010 Author Posted November 1, 2010 I read that there were issues with Pmags. Quote
TacticalKoala Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 I read that there were issues with Pmags. I read there was global warming, but no problems with P mags here. Quote
cody6.0 Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 I used 20rd & 30rd PMags in all my MR1's a few fit tight but that was a non issue. I also used the EMag as it fits the look of the MR1 better but it fits a little looser. Quote
Hboy Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 On the tight fit with a Pmag - just a little slow ejecting? With the tight fit on the Pmag, is it better to use the Emag only? Quote
