Guest lynndhyatt Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 (edited) As a Former Housy- marsh Rat..both Knells and Carting island..I would love to hear from ANYONE hunting in my old stomping grounds!..How has the season been so far?..species present..etc..Anyone still hunting at Long beach in STFD?? Can you?? How about the Beacon off of Short beach..Used to kill a ton of broad bill and widgeon out ther in the 70's..Living in the Deep south..I miss the smell of cold salt air and the whisper of ducks in the pre-dawn over Knells island,.
