neidz11 Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I think I've narrowed it down to these two shotguns: Benelli SuperNova or Stoeger Model 2000. I'll be mainly hunting waterfowl duck. I like the fact that the Benelli shoots a 3 1/2inch and the fact that it is a Benelli but I'm a little iffy about having a pump. This is my first shotgun, 2nd season duck hunting. The prices are about the same. I found a SuperNova for $599 and the Stoeger at $579. What are your thoughts? Thank you in advance!!! Quote
firepower53 Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 I've owned a SN for over a year now and i've had no problems and I have no complaints. Looks like its all gonna come down to your choice between semi-auto and pump. From what i've heard both are solid choices. I do like the option of throwing in a few 3-1/2" shells once in a while, however. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM. Quote
