rob5495 Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 I own a Stoeger 2000 12 guage shot gun with a deer slug barrell. I called Stoeger and was told this gun isnt produced any more. I was wondering if anyone has installed a mount for a scope to this gun? Stoeger has recommended that I dont have the reciever drilled and tapped. Also i have inquired to several gunsmiths and they have not wanted to touch this job. I am looking for any suggestions on how i can add a scope mount? I have heard of a sleve that sits on the top of the reciever and uses the existing pinning holes in the reciever with longer pins but have not been able to locate this product?
