I purchased a Super Black Eagle II last week. I put a Nikon red dot on it and went out yesterday to sight it in using 3.5" Hevi-Shot turkey loads. After the very first shot, the cheek piece came out. I didn't think anything of it and pushed it back in. After the 11th shot, my stock broke right at the back of the butt stock about two inches in front of the recoil pad. I can't believe that the recoil from a 3.5" shell would cause this. How is Benelli to deal with when it comes to this type stuff? This is my first Benelli.

Wow!

Give Benelli a call. I'm sure they will take care of you without any hassle. I have had excellent service from them in the past.

Let us know what they say.

I've had to call CS twice over the years and found them great to deal with, but I've heard their turnaround time for repairs is sometimes slow. I'd ask if they'd swp the stock out by just sending you a replacement, so that you don't have to wait on them to assess, fix, and return ship. If you look at the way the stock split; it looks like there was pressure on it already as it didn't just crack, but opened up. Bet they'll fix you right up. Good luck.

I contacted Benelli this morning. They haven't had any problems with the stocks and offered to replace it right away. Good to know they will take care of me if I have any future issues.
